The city of Lafayette is the fourth largest city in Louisiana, it is known as the hub city, this city has one university, a community college and two vocational colleges.  Being the center of culture it attracts many persons who wish to study in the city and its environment. Which is why we wrote on the top college in Lafayette and its environment.

  1. University of Louisiana at Lafayette

Location: Lafayette, LA

This is the only university in Lafayette, it was founded in 1898, it is a selective university but has the largest student’s enrollment spread across its nine campus, it is among the top 10 US schools in terms of her research works and publication.  Her student’s population is around 15, 870, in about 50 distinct programs of the institution with about 80 majors for her undergraduates.   It has a student’s faculty ratio of 23:1. Majority of her top programs are Health Professions Business, Education, Humanities, Engineering etc.
