•  It is open to all countries 
• Applicants must be a Muslim male
• Must pledge to abide by the rules of the university through a written letter
• Must have good health
• Must pass the interviews
• Must pass his high school certificate exams or its equivalent
• Must be from a recognized government or private school
• Must be between 17 and 25 years of age on application
• Documents required: all documents must be in Arabic or English, must have a document attested by the Saudi Arabia embassy, High School/GCSE/A-level Certificate, High School/GCSE/A-level Transcript, birth certificate, passport
